Payment Regulations

Regulations on Amount of and Principles for Payment of Fees for the Publication of Scientific Article in Polish Journal of Social Rehabilitation

The Publisher charges fees for publishing the text of a scientific article in the semi-annual Polish Journal of Social Rehabilitation.
The fee for publishing scientific texts is applicable from issue 19/2020 of the semi-annual Polish Journal of Social Rehabilitation.
The fee is independent of the number of Authors, the length of the article and its content (length of bibliography, number of tables, charts, etc.).
The Author shall make a payment after receiving two positive "anonymous" external reviews of the scientific text or the third decisive review, and after receiving a positive decision of the Editor-in-Chief regarding the publication of the text in the journal, on the basis of an e-mail request.
The amount of the fees shall be as follows:

PLN 2,500 - scientific article,
the fee shall not be charged for the publication of reviews, reports of scientific conferences and meetings, or chronicle information on scientific events (e.g. academic advancements).

The Author may withdraw from publishing the article in Polish Journal of Social Rehabilitation at any time, under specified conditions.

the Author does not bear any costs for withdrawing the text from the editorial office before commencing the review process;
for withdrawing the text from the editorial office after commencing the review process, the Author shall be charged a fee covering the costs of submitting the article for review in the amount of 50% of the fee specified in point 5a;
for withdrawing the text after receiving a review and before submitting the article for further editing, the Author shall be charged a fee in the amount of 75% of the fee specified in point 5a.

In individual financial matters, concerning the obligation to pay fees for the publication of a scientific text, decisions shall be taken by the Editor-in-Chief.
Amendments to the provisions of these Regulations, including the amount of fees, shall be made in writing.
