The educational reality as a challenge to form the new Family Code


Abstract

The author indicates the conditions for shaping the project of the Family Code. Draws attention to the specificity of personal family law, its character and the fundamental concepts contained in it. The author points to two dimensions of the family community, interpersonal and social, which interpenetrate each other in various ways, contain and even condition each other. It is emphasized that family situations are complex situations. The work on the project of The Family Code was a methodical reflection on the educational reality, taking into account the common thinking of the society. Shows simultaneously on the pedagogy of the law which provided help to reflect on education and the law.
